Hi, is Win 10 1909 only needed for the PC that runs the Radar ? I have Win 10 1809 on which i play EFT. Do i need to upgrade the gaming PC too ? ty

When you purchase you are given access immediately, unless i'm offline. There will be a delay if purchasing with bitcoin, until 1 confirmation is completed (normally takes 15 minutes after sending bitcoin)
