I linked both my DayZ and R6S threads which each have multiple vouches from customers? Also; it's stated in my TOS which can be found on the shoppy that if the product is incompatible or doesn't work a refund will be issued.

If the hack have a hard binding to hardware ID would I have an issue with it if will use such spoofer ??? whole PC HWID would be spoofed or it affect only for games like Escape from Tarkov, DayZ, R6S, PUBG, Arma ?

I don't get what you mean, the spoof reverts on a restart so your hack will not be bound to another hwid.

Can someone share a screenshot of what you are seeing from BG when you have had a HWID ban? Because the only experience I have seen is the profile showing banned (see attached).

And I don't see how changing the HWID (which is an overused expression btw, but more on that later) will change a profile ban....
