Best Source/Server Files?

Hello guys, i'm a new fan of EO servers,

well i want to start my own private server, get some help from here and there, and after it host it in a powerful DDS

anyway, before starting i wanted to ask professionnals b4


so, what is the best source here (I'm confused)

and can some one explain me how things work here,and what language do we use to code?because i was in Conquer online pservers area, i made some cool servers , but didn't like the game

It is for web coding. It is not for Sources.
