Im not using hamachi. I just wanna know if i use 66..... to make it online, or use 192.... I can get on my server use 192... but cant when i use 66....

Your 66... is likely your external IP address; you want to use this when you want people outside your local network (everybody) to be able to use your server.

Your 192... is likely your local IP address; you want to use this when you only want people on your LAN to be able to use your server.

its because that ip is not static .mean that ip will change and not permanent .

i was following ur guide and wen i run soul.exe it works and i go to login and it says i cant login due to server maitenance.and the trafficlight thing is red,how do i get it green?

shut down mysql & close winmysqladmin.exe delete the my.ini file from c:\windows, then launch again winmysqladmin.exe and put the right user/pass for mysql, should be ok then.

i deleted my.ini and did what u said but it is still a red light what else should i do?

yes it makes no difference same result redlight everytime...i believe this is the only thing keepin me from my server to run correct

Considering mysql is the basic, fundamental part of the server and everything else relies on it working this would seem like a big jump. Perhaps you deleted something you shouldn't have? Backup your account/my/my2 data, delete your mysql installation and re-copy/extract it from wherever you got it, delete my.ini, and see if it works before doing anything else.
