if u read carefully this guide u will not have a problem .have u try running your mysql "run as admin" .?

open cq_user via navicat then search your name and put [PM]. Done.

please there is some thing i dont understand when i open the msg server it gave me failed to connect to acc server why?

there is 2 error about msg server failed .#1 its cant connected to acc server .#2 its some error like your cq_map having some problem .so please give some detail problem or some screenshot .

did your mysql Turn ON?

why when i click MsgServer2.700.exe it say .. Connect to account server again .. why it be like that ??

1st. make sure your mysql light is green
2nd. make sure u get the acc server running
3rd. now u can run npc server and msgserver.

If you mean you want to delete a npc, then you file the npc in cq_npc and either delete the npc or you can change its mapid, cellx, and celly to places in the npc camp. The map id of the camp is 100
