Just downloaded the server and patch files from the location, and guess what, server files are incomplete. Unless of course it was intentionally uploaded with the NPC and MSG missing. As usual another server creation thread with omitted information, files or whatever.
I GIVE UP ON THIS SITE FOR ACCURATE AND VALID INFO.

Read the title of the thread. [Release]CaNdY DB (DB = Database). It does not say anything about server software.

No where on this site doesn't it say that it guarantees accurate or valid information. What the original poster said or any other general member of this website says does not reflect on this site but on those specific members. No one is serving you on a silver platter here.
