[Release/Guide] EP Card Delivery System

Hi folks,
I always was wanting use the "cq_card table" and "cq_card2 table", but we can not really use because of the check-sum which there are in these tables.
So, thinking it, I decided to dedicate some time to remove this check-sum.

I made an image that teaches you everything need to do for this "Delivery System" work.
I'm also teaching how to modify the amount of EPs of each card.

Note1: The edition of MSG was performed using Ollydbg.
Note2: I will not teach about the procedures to make these edits.
