I use Bots for leveling. To avoid a softban I will wait at least 12h before starting to level your account and you should also wait 12h before you log in again after the levelservice.
Also obviously there is a risk of your account getting banned but sofar there have been no reports of bans.
If the account is freshly created (no one has played on it yet) I do not have to wait 12h before starting.
