Mach ein Konflikt auf, damit er es nicht ausgeben kann,schick ihn den Konflikt Link -> darüber kann er dann das egold zu dir senden....
Wenn dann trotzdem nicht -> Thread im Support und du bekommst es eh und er kann es bis dato nicht einlösen
