January brought back some snow and cold temperature, so every single one of you that missed the snow in December will now have the chance to spend time outside again (But please do not risk your health by going out). Grab a cup of tea, because we have a lot of changes to our board in this newsletter. Forum Changes
- Our Premium Users can now test our newest and most requested feature: the epvp*messenger! We are thrilled to hear your thoughts about this new feature, and we hope you like it as much as we do. If you have not upgraded to premium yet, we are happy to tell you ...
- ... that you can use your credit card to upgrade to premium from now on! Now is the perfect time to upgrade to premium and you can be one of the first users testing our epvp*messenger.
- Part of being a trader on elitepvpers is always looking for new methods and sections where you can generate money. We added three new game-specific trading sections for new and old traders: Warframe, Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, One Piece Treasure Cruise
- We are always trying to add new features that increase the safety in our trading sections. Therefore we added ID-Verification a while ago, but until now only users from Germany were able to use this feature. From now on every user can use the feature worldwide, without any restrictions!
- Allowing special characters in usernames was a security issue in the past. From time to time it happened that users felt for fakers because of special characters in their name. To prevent these scams, we blocked most of the special characters. If you change your name now or if you are new here, you will not be able to use them during the account creation or name change process.
- Due to the recent changes to increase account security and trade safety, we changed the middleman requirements. A middleman should help users to trade safely, so we decided that the requirements for a middleman should include, having enabled 2-Factor-Authentication and being ID Verified.
- We also changed a few cosmetic things, like adding a new Request-a-Trade-Button and adding a Button to send a message via epvp*messanger directly. We also added a link to our Middleman section in the middleman tab, and you can now see a user's black market stats on the Request-a-Trade site. This change should help you to guarantee that you trade whit the intended user.
