Each team member has to have a non-banned elitepvpers account that has to be registered for participation beforehand (the process of registration is done by only one member per team). By registering you implicitly agree with our tournament rules and accept that your or your team's name may be shown on our website or other social media channels. There are no other requirements. Hi there I have the following questions.

-Can we play our first game on the 30th till 5 pm CEST (UTC +2)? But what if the enemies don't agree on playing the game on the 30th? Because our teammates aren't available on the 29th.

and

-Do we really have to discuss with our enemies whether we play on Twisted Treeline or Summoner's Rift? We are only 3 players so wouldn't Twisted Treeline be perfect?

The deadline for the first round is on the 30th at 4 pm UTC+1. It's up to you to find a good time at which both teams will be available. If you can't find any, please contact us. I am sure we will find a solution.

I am sure that most teams will choose Twisted Treeline anyway.

There is a problem with choosing the map though.
For example:
Team 1 is Challenger in 3v3 and Platinum in 5v5
Team 2 is Gold in 3v3 and Diamond in 5v5
So we can assume that the players of Team 1 are better on 3v3 and Team 2 is better on 5v5 Map.
Is it not obvious then that Team 2 will definitely pick the 5v5 Map because they don't think they can win on 3v3?"
So does the Twisted Treeline map get chosen if both teams disagree on what map they want to play on?

The first idea was to choose a map randomly in that case, though I personally agree that choosing Twisted Treeline as the default map would better fit a 3vs3 tournament.

I doubt that your example will happen though, because it's unlikely that there are teams out there focussing 3vs3 on a 5vs5 map.

My example wanted to point out that Team 1 is superior on 3v3 but weak on 5v5. And Team 2 is weak on 3v3 but superior on 5v5 so they (Team 2) will definitely choose the 5v5 map as 3 players since they have better chances there.

The default map will be Twisted Treeline, if the teams can't agree on choosing Summoners Rift.
