it depends how you will fight against it and what agruments you are going to use
there is 1 single way that they can win with out that you can do anything (also called TradeMark or copyright)
but that only counts if there name is registered under TM
still there are enouf ways to get rid of that ( fair use policy) so it realy depends how good you are at this and how mutch you know about the laws to fight against them
if you do it easy , basicly the fair use policy then you win
with freedom of speech you win to , but they can forbid you to use there name or anything that contains there copyright name (exept with fair use policy
)
if they are sending you to court then they are sure that they can make a change , prepare yourself for it then and be sure to read a few nice laws and use them as compersation so they can not do anything anymore (i love internet laws)
but if i read this forum and i read what they are doing then i am sure that epvpers will win (if they do it good)
