You cannot fix this exploit without source code as it requires changing the way the underlying system works in the client; purely making changes to the server does not fix the problem, and there are still ways to bypass it.

Chances are this is just another 'fix' like your last one, where it is just to detect it, which doesn't fix the underlying issue which is more than just a single exploit.
