It works perfectly just use it on mondays and thursdays ! if you are UTC +1 just use it from 22:55 to 00:10 it's working that time for UTC +1 (Y)

could it be that it's level generic ? caus my friend is lvl 53 he only gets 640.000 food per submit im lvl 60 i get 1.009.500 per submit...i saw some getting many millions per submit how is this assigned somebody can explain ?

yes, it depends on your level. The higher your level is, the higher the food you get per submit. at lvl 99 you can get over 3 million per submit, but sometimes, it jumps to 10 million.
