U can Open a Trade with someone by Clicking on "Request a Trade" under The Blackmarket with his Acutal Trade stats.

So, for example u want to open a Trade with me u look under my "The Black Market: 5/0/0" and Request a Trade, if i accept it we can Rate eachother after the trade, and if u have good Trades people will Trust u, if u scam u get a Negative one and no one will Trade, like this u can Trust other People more easy, and people will trust you much more easy.
