[Release] Diablo III Language Patcher - Error 8x

Hey guys,

As i said some days ago, i planned to release a language patcher for the new update since my old patch wasn't working anymore.

Here it is, easy to use and 100% free!

- Just extract it somewhere.
- Run it with admin rights.
- Download and install Diablo III for your language >
- Start Diablo III, wait for the patching process to complete.
- Login and you're done!

It should work with every client languages, the patcher assumes that you have a ruRU license, if it's not the case, make a shortcut of the patcher and add this to the target's commandline:

-licenselang ruRU

E.g. "C:\Program Files\Diablo III\D3LangPatch.exe" -licenselang ruRU

The value after "-licenselang" should match your license language, here is a list of available languages:

zhTW, zhCN, koKR, ruRU, deDE, frFR, esES, esMX, enGB, enUS, plPL, itIT, jaJP, ptBR

Thanks so much of your work, NICE SLAP ON SOME PEOPLE WHO BEG FOR MONEY. This is the first patch that work on me since 1.03b. I have been following all the steps and procedure out there but just no luck with it till your work. I am using enUS client, perhaps thats the cause?

***, because my patcher just patched the given languages form the hexcode of the launcher. I didn't looked, and today i didn't even find the adress for the enUS patch. At least this one works, so have fun with diablo again

Sorry for spamming right away in this thread. Just want Altusir to know that the first appearance of enUS was the value to change. But this problem is gone anyway ^^

I won't start this file until is being fully cleaned.

It's ridiculous to have the same detect for trojan as your previous ( is a previous from Google's cache, Ctrl+F and search for: W32/NewMalware-LSR-based!Maximus and W32/NewMalware-LSR-based!Maximus).

You are free to do what you want but this is a false positive, this detection is triggered by the packing method i use to release almost every of my cracks, patches, this is why you will get the same result when scanning the mBot crack.

No. Seriously. How do i redownload the english client?

Edit: Nvmd, found the answer in the old fix thread.

"Open the file "C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\agent.db" and search for the entry "selected_locale". Replace the term "ruRU" with "enGB".
Seatch for "patch_application_complete" and make sure its value is "false".
Save the file and start the Diablo III launcher. The launcher now proceeds to check for the English language files and whether they need to be downloaded again."

I was just wondering how your method works. Does it also replace the game's executable file, does it inject, spoof packets, .. ?

I'm just trying to figure out how safe this will be... Besides.. I think no one has been banned for the modified exe, yet, right?
