2nd, the bot is outdated, and needs to be re-made, not just updated.

Do Nebular update in future? Can I update by myself? how can I do?

Nebular dosint have to update it, couse s/he dosint work here or anything (just a REALLY good member). And you really have to know alot about programming and how the bot is made before you can update it.
