MOOB SPEED and follow Closer

Hello guys i read a topic how to set the Mobs to Follow closer to you, well i did it and the monsters were following Closer so Far so good everything i wanted but once i atacked the monsters they started to go away, spliting apart. and if i set the monsters Speed to 14 they are to Far from me so when use the AOe SKILLS it doesnt hit all the monsters only Few Monsters cuz they are Far ..

so Any idea how to Fix it ... i woud like that they would like that they stick really close to me ! and not Spliting Apart !

mov [ecx+20],00000100
