How to Play on DEKARON EU from non EU country

hi guys, im from asia, when i try to login to dekaron eu, i get msg, this ip has been blocked, can anyone tel me how to play on dekaron EU??

i saw the guide by pieter but didnt work for me , i googled a german and italy proxy, went to lan setting and set proxy but still my ip address is same , i ve windows vista,

if anyone help me out will be grateful , thank you

In eu they have build in client ip check. You cant bypass that.

Ask a european if he create a account for you? and then change pw^^
