As the title said, I need those skill hacks, soloing as a seggy isn't much fun
I dunno who and I dunno why some ppl can decide for every1 else what hacks are public and what are underground. Not fair ...

some hacks are underground couse if hacks like + hack would come out (ppl pay good money for + 7 ~ 9 items) noobs would run around with + 9 items and it would fu_k up the game

You won't get a CE skill hack, because the hack that affects CF also affects all other skills. Making a skill hack by hex editing is easy (lots of tuts already posted), but you need to get your CRC bypass working for that.
