How to add files to sites like rapidshare ?

Could anyone tell me how to upload a file from my computer to rapidshare,or a site that is like rapidshare. I'm asking so I can give some files to friends without having to sit at there computer and re-make the file on there computer ?

just open it and browse watever u want to send from ur computer...and then just click on upload....ur upload starts when its ends they give the links for ur data
