Is dekaron EU playable from the US?

I'd really like to know if i would be able to play dekaron EU in US? I am really tired of 2moons, I'm currently going to try a pserver but theres so much lag and dc i dont know if normal dekaron is better. If there is a way, can someone please send me a pm or something about how to play.

I think you can if you use a proxy. Try this but chose an european server ofc^^

im from europe and i got (compared to 2moons) godly pings. differs from 16ms - 24ms. its prolly because the servers are stationary in europe and also because they are not that overcrowded like they were at 2moons.

I mean how come it says this ip has been blocked. i dont think usa can play dekaron eu.

it comes because GT has only right for a few countries, some in europe still can not play, some which are not in eurpoe can (israel for example) . and yes all american ips are blocked.
