Well it is not that they don't care.. the thing is a person trades under their responsability, and most of the people who get scammed is really their fault for not being careful. Moderators are not here to babysit you. Also people keep making scammer accusations in the Black Market section.. it will only do something if you post it in the correct section which is the complaint area, in the Black Market the only purpose is flaming and spamming, nothing else.

Also, I will request to close this thread once again considering this guy is selling and making money out of someone else's work (andrew_seul).

Well banning has no use I think...unless you can create a bann on their mac adress (usualy it's an ip ban)...
It's a shame these people are around...
