[HELP]How to change Colosseum BR and PTM time to start?

I need help in changing Colosseum BR and PTM time. it will start during dawn. and i want to change to mid day. please help me to do this. maybe also alot people will be needing this question. thank you very much.

in character database CM_BCD_ITEM table, same as deadfront, elonohm is EVENT_STRING_SEARCH or TAX_SEND_TIME im not sure
