More detailied informations please ... Occured this error during a server change? Like used new Scripts or something like that ...

When you run siege script in query, make sure you have "character" database selected, so that there the changes will be made.

Craa is right, if you execute the script on master database, it wont take effect on your dekaron server since siege is on character database.

Its not an error .You don't have siege on your server and is telling you that.
