It's data\texture\ui\game\mainbar\new_mainbar.dds

You will find the reference to it in the data\script\ui\com\imagetable.txt

Do a search for new_mainbar in the imagetable.txt file, there are multiple references.

Farius is right about the settings for it. All the files in the mainbar folder are to make changes to it not just 1.
