It was setup that after you press "checkout" you can create an account, however i changed it back, now you can create accounts without checkout

EDIT#2 -Ok I fixed this error , Now my only error is this - when im installing cms and go on my url and put this 127.0.0.1/cms this shows up -

A Database Error Occurred

Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

What more can i possible do ? ive made a video on how to install it (Wamp, API, CMS) with STEP-BY-STEP details

It seems (iam not perfect) ive left some files in the API, therefor the API installer "thinks" the setup is done, but its not,

Please delete the following files:

\api\application\config\database.php
\api\application\config\rest.php

The installer should reset ( close your browser to do so )

PS: if you have issues, please login to your and make a ticket there
