its prety much easy :
1- open npc.csv look for the npc u need look at job code u saw it ? ok
2- what u need him seller or telporter ? if telporter go to telporter.csv and make new string or just moddiftry the npc u need job 1 (will i made hes job 107) and add telportes to there
3- if u want him seller i dk xD(i forgot ...) but most add item for him at shopset.csv
oh don't forget to change the dec go to script\string\con and get the dec id from the npc.csv
