it just wont change

I have been trying to edit the drop rates and dil drop rates of a pvp server.

I have edited the formula.ini in server and client side together to match and they still won't change a bit. I edited forumula.ini before to edit the exp, but now I want it to be 2000x and 200x dil drop. Can someone kindly help with this problem?

The stuff in red is what u need to change. For example the 20000 is my server set at 2000x exp. I took original exp and times it by 2000....The second and third red number is the min and max dil drop....The fourth red number is the dil drop rate.

is there an option in excel to allow me to times them all by 2000 at once?
