Actually there is the client files, there is 2 step-by-step video tutorials, all you have to do is take 10seconds running a search rather than making pointless threads, your server will fail anyway,

but seriously i doubt anyone will make you a GM unless they know you personally, like know that you can be trusted and won't just go around dropping +9s, or giving your personal char +9s and awesome **** etc.
