You should scan anything that you are downloading from the internet, not only from our forums. If you are active in a gamehacking community you should know what your are doing.
Also, registering on elitepvpers will not make your account getting banned, you've probably used a detected hack.
Just create a test account next time, if it works without a ban you can use it on your main.
