Sup guys, how ya doin'? I hope ya'll doin' well... Anyway, as the title says... I just made an IM and they're awesome (In TZ2moons 2nd server) But my Lightning skills aren't working for me... I'm lvl 25 only but hey, what'sa going on? :O Can some1 tell me if they're bugged or something? I'll trully appreciate ur help :]

what skills? chain lighing must be used closer than the range actually is, same with lighting bolt

If you're in range and your skills don't work, it's probably some bug. Or sometimes it's too lag and the skill doesn't register. Certain skills are bugged, my Bagi's Chain Burst doesn't work sometimes, and Violent Gale doesn't work at all.
