to start siege is easy, but to start ritual I dont know.

No thers not a command to start the ritual, also I'm pretty sure you change the ritual time in the producers in the character db. I haven't checked it out yet.

I need to run 1 siege between 2 guild, and I want to do it now.
Can you add a guild to siege ? without making ritual ?
