Thats issue with DayZ game engine. After 0.50 update they screwed up the item tables, and not every item shows up in them. It cant be fixed by hack developers.

Use the number pad on your keyboard 1 for players 2 for corpse 3 for zombies 4 for items I'm at school but pretty sure that's the order

The speed hack worked great as did the showing of players. However, there were no weapons things or anything. (not sure if that's meant to be included or not)
Also, I got a global ban within a 10 hours of playing. Not sure how that happened so quickly, even with the tips in the readme.txt

Going into, or being into a truck when having the hack on, result in dayz crashing.
