and language, fluent in Portuguese XD

Just as an advice, I suggest you to post your github/whatever profile to show what are you more or less able to do. Since building a decent server (not like the ones published in this forum) requires certain skills.

I'd like to sign as a beta tester for future Got good knowledge on the game mechanics and enough sparetime to test such stuff, been looking for some new good privateservers lately but sadly I haven't found any, so I'm interested. xD
