Candy Bot Bug ? Please help

I've been getting this error since this morning. What should I do ? Please help me.

There is currently no free background pixelbot which would work, even the paid like nanobot and s-bot are not working atm...

use another bot. candy is dead for months.

Candy didn't updates since the DO changed their SiD.

Buy DOB, or use s-Bot pixel for collecting boxes
