If you ask me, you should ban those people too. I mean if you are bringing order to chat, you could start with people who are abusing others and spreading hate.

Also if it clearly states that Global EN is english speaking area then everyone should respect that, and each CM, including you should simply make a system for removing people from chat. Something like simple kick for first offense, and if user keeps with offenses ban him first for smaller period and then maybe for a day or so.

Rules are here to bring the order not just in the game but in the world as well, and if someone don't want to respect them, punishment is only option. That should refer to everyone and not just individuals.

Of course, I am not saying that those who are making rules should bend them to their will but to wellbeing of the community.

Hi,

Actually it's not the 30th but the 1st of July. There will be a beta test on the v3 for a week, just to see how is the game going, if rewards and prices are well balanced.
After this beta test, we will reset the v3 accounts and will give a small present to those who tested the v3 before the real release.
