Not correct, i blocked my acc and i can unblock it (by support) and i have calmdown too^^ so yeah it can be perma ban or not, ask support

When I just got banned I received a message on chat that said: You've been banned, you can login again in 7 days.

Then I got the reconnect "bug" and had to log out, seeing the CalmDown

Just asked of this because when bots were on CalmDown was permaban
