There is no such thing as a user-server for that game =P
You'll have to wait for the dark legacy game to be released ^^

If you would like to have your own server of Dark Orbit, please wait for I finish my project. With my project, Black Space you will be able to have your own server of Dark Orbit and to personalize it. There will be able to be many servers, in one month it will be finished.

There is a whole forum full of renders from ships/maps etc.

Yes, you will can personalize your Black Space Server, you will can change the npc and players rewards, the damages, the rules of the server, the maximum players in your servers, see the players information, bans, and more ....
