If you bought on site, VIP>Discord

Otherwise contact who you purchased through!

Wanted to ESP on alt account. Does DND do hardware or IP bans, or just account based?

I can't open the website without an VPN? What is going on, that req me to use a VPN i live in the EU, does that have some factors to it?

When using the VPN, my anti virus "BitDefender" flags the website as dangerous:
app=core&module=system&controller=serviceworker&v= 64243365f21704679722&type=front&loggedIn=false

I don't know much about it, but it seems odd that i can't acces the site without a VPN and my Anti Virus flags the website aswell.

Typically first ban would not be HWID.

They do HWID ban. IP ban's in EXTREME cases (example if you were a big RMT seller)

Honestly couldn't tell you, not sure why it would flag the site as dangerous but that can be ignored.
