Well, a lifetime subscription is usually the price of 6-12 month subscriptions. You will need to use that subscription for 6-12 months to make a profit out of it, if the cheat goes down earlier you made a loss. If you stop playing the game, you made a loss. If the provider goes down, you made a loss.
For cheats like CSGO, or other low end anti cheat it might be good but not for EAC/BE protected games. In EFT & R6S for example you see nobody of the trusted providers (HackMachine, Yazzn, Satan5, TruEye etc.) selling lifetime subscriptions.
Now speaking of resellers, they usually dont have a brand and you see cheats with the name like "BLUE". You buy lifetime and after 1-2 detections the dev doesnt see any point into updating it and publishes the hack under a new name (for example: "BLACK") as never detected.
In the end, buying a month sub can also lead into the same issues but it heavily minimizes the risk of money to be lost.
