Skins/Keys für 25€ PSC

Moin,
Hab mir gerade ne 25er PSC geholt und suche jetzt Skins/Keys dafür.
Bietet mir an was ihr verkaufen wollt, ich schaus mir an.
Max 80% von Marktpreis, je günstiger je warscheinlicher, dass ich bei dir kaufe!
Ich gehe nicht first, TBM sollten ausreichen.

Are the skins sold at a percentage rate? If so I might consider it. Also not sure what this paysafecard thing is, some kind of gift card?

Hi,
Im basically BUYING skins for as cheap as possible^^
The Marketprice % is like this: A skin costs 100€ on the steam market, i wanna buy it for a maximum of 80%,so for max 80€.
A PaySafeCard is something that you can pay with, you can load it on steam as example!
