This Account was created in Season 1 and is one of the first LoL Accounts! The Account has all Pax Skins (So its PAX Twisted Fate on it! One of the rarest skins in the world of League of Legends!) and it has other rare Skins which you can't buy anylonger and which you can't buy in 1 or 2 years, like Silver Kayle and Human Ryze or grey warwick and Medieval Twitch! And all Legacy Skins were bought when they came out and not when Riot gave us them back in the Shop!

Edit: And I think there not so much High Elo Accounts outside
