Hi guys, I got a VAC Ban, and I want to know if VAC will ban my second account if I transfer my skins who was on the VAC Banned account to the not banned account ?

You can't trade items of a game for which you've been banned. If you've talking about e.g. being banned in Source and transferring items from GO to another account, then no, this won't ban your account you've transferred the skins to.

If i'm banned on CS:GO and I want to transfer to another account not banned on CS:GO, they will ban the unbanned account ?!

no i dont get Banned on Your Otter acc. A ban can Not be overwrited.
