it's not working in cs go, the program start and he show on a little window "hold alt for aim" and nothing happend. and it's nothing to unzip or unpatch or something like that, the file is a .exe

Then prolly the offsets have changed, get any dumper off uc and dump offsets, open up dnspy change the offsets and it will work again.
