Playstation 4 taking 80% of DL speed

Whenever my housemate playing his ps4 the whole household internet started to lagging out .

before ps4 is open , 100mbps on speedtest , after ps4 launched , 15mbps - 30mbps .

This only happen when there is an update of game or the system

any ways to cap the speed for ps4 ?

Although idk german , well is there any other option ? cause it was household and i don't have router id and pw

I don't think so. You need at least router access to change the priorities. Otherwise you have to hold a conversation or ask for access under a pretext...

yeah, thats was only the option i guess, gonna contact the agent for the id pw as it was free wifi

The other way is to limit it with NetCut
