first of all, it is always better to scan a file before using. But there are a some things you should know about scanning AutoIt-executables.
AutoIt uses the free UPX packer. UPX has been used for packing trojans and other malware. This is why a few virusscanner claim an UPX packed exe as suspicious or trojan.
So feel free to scan the files, but post scan results only if it is obviously malware. Normaly this is not necessary, since I will scan the provided files as fast as I can....
