How can item that you dont have stats for be worn?

Can anyone tell me how you can wear items without having the stats for it? Like an unreborn fire taoist wearing a wand lvl 100

to wear an item that you don't have stats for you have to equip the item when it's low lvl(5-10 idk for sure). so if you are a fire tao lvl 100+ and want to lvl with wand you must first get the best lvl5 wand you can find(i found an elite 2 sock glaive in laby4 once so you might be lucky and find a good lvl5 wand on the market) put some gems and + it a bit. then equip it and start lvling it in the market(i know it may cost some mets but it's the only way to do it without unequiping it). when the wand loses dura after lvling just repair without unequiping with cotobo. gl with the lvling
