No perm garm gives 2 pct crit and 2 pct immun .. a bloodthirst crit garm gives 2 pct crit only .. However a mount can give 2 pct crit and 2 pct immunity.. and that's a snowfox .. those im afraid are 500-600 dbs price range.. I hope this helps you
