dont lvl the acc.. he wants to scam.. i know this work.. ppl gives away accounts without full info so other ppls can lvl up claim dbs and *****.. and in 1-5 months/weeks/years he will take the char back and never give the char back...
its funny how it got everyones attention, you look at the number of peopel who have viewed each post, and you see like 10's 60's then BAM !! a 470 times viewed one lol saying "free account" sounds kool, but not worth the trouble....
